Who We Are:
We are a trans-led non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to advocating for, mentoring, and educating nonprofits, individuals and organizations interested in establishing a Transitional Housing Program for qualified transgender and nonbinary adults who are experiencing homelessness. We are committed to empower, encourage, and equip the homeless individual with a safe place shelter, dignity, self-worth, and above everything else RESPECT! Which our entire staff at THERE'S STILL HOPE believes each individual DESERVES!!!
Vision:
Is for every client to have the opportunity to heal, learn and grow, build a foundation for a brighter future, and blossom into who they are truly meant to be. We see each individual as a spiritual person of worth, dignity and worthy of assistance in their journey. Our vision is to see individuals and families set free from the illness of homelessness, transformed by God to become physically and spiritually healthy; educationally equipped to participate in society and sustain housing; encouraged to create relationships of love and service to others. Seek to help those who have been abused and neglected to find a better life.
Mission:
Strives to help improve the lives of transgender adults who are homeless. By providing sanctuary, support, education, and resources we believe our efforts will help empower and improve the quality of their lives on every level, achieve greater self-sufficiency, and build a more secure way of life. If their dreams come true, we enrich our community with the fruit of their potential realized.
